By removing a useless wall, I was able to open up and add the few inches that made the miracle. Now the kitchen feels spacious and it motivates cooking and gathering. I added a small dining table with four chairs and a breakfast bar with two stools at the side to allow members of the house to sit and enjoy a good conversation while eating.
A better distribution of the shelves, integration of natural light through a panel of glass blocks and the right selection of furniture, appliances and accessories turned a regular boring kitchen into one of the favourite places in the house, which receives most compliments from visitors.
